Proposal Budget.
NOTE:
A budget of $500 should be necessary for the proposed research. Funds may be requested for travel, books, computer software, supplies, equipment, and other items, not including wages. Please be as specific as possible and include only those items that directly pertain to your research. Amounts may be estimated to the nearest $10 (for example, $230 for round-trip airfare to Washington, DC).
Budget information also will be used to allow increased University aid to those students already receiving assistance from other sources (see Funding Conditions). Budgeted items are exempt from the maximum amount of aid allowable except in very rare circumstances.
