14th Annual Baccalaureate
Instructions for Graduating Students
- Arrive at Hitchcock Hall, 2070 Neil Avenue, by 3:10 pm on Saturday, June 7 in your cap and gown (the day before Spring Commencement).
- Proceed to the lobby area outside of the auditorium (room 131) to check in at the registration tables.
- You will receive a College of Humanities pin.
- At 3:15 pm, graduating students will form two lines to process into the Auditorium, where you will be seated as a group.
- The processional starts at 3:30 pm; the Baccalaureate begins when all honorees and participants are seated.
- Enjoy the recognition. You've earned it!
- Plan to stay for the reception that follows in the lobby area.
Helpful information:
- Bring your family and friends.
- When you graduate, wear your Humanities pin on your robe at Commencement.
- At Commencement, when the College of Humanities is announced, Cheer Loud and Proud!
